A European record of the Nearctic species Nephrotoma saturalis wulpiana (Bergroth, 1888) (Dipter: Tipulidae) in Portugal
The circumstances of finding a second North American species of cranefly, Nephrotoma saturalis (Loew, 1863), in the Iberian Peninsula are given.
