Abstract
The National Museum of Scotland recently hosted a series of Cold War Study Days, inspired by the current Cold War in Scotland exhibition. Held over three days, the event welcomed over 200 school pupils to explore the era’s historical and cultural impact, particularly in a Scottish context. The programme included access to online resources, and interactive learning sessions aimed at engaging students with key themes of the Cold War. To ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the initiative, Scotinform was commissioned to gather and analyse feedback from both teachers and pupils, assessing the effectiveness of the online resources, the event’s educational impact, and the overall experience.
