Abstract
National Museum Scotland comprises multiple display sights, including the Museum of Scotland (hereafter the Museum). Built as an addition to the Victorian Royal Museum building on Chambers Street, Edinburgh, the Museum of Scotland building opened in 1998, and was purpose-built to display over 12,000 artefacts, charting the history of Scotland from the Palaeolithic to the modern days.
