Abstract
Two unusual shale bangles were recovered from Site 5 at Coultorsay. One, SF 216, is unusual in its form, the other Sample 308 in being reworked into another bangle or bangle element after splitting. Such jewellery is rare in the Inner Hebrides; these are the only examples known from Islay.
