To showcase Scottish Archaeology Month's (SAM) involvment in European Archaeology Days 2025 and to highlight the European Heritage Days (EHD)2025 theme of Heritage and Architecture: Windows to the Past, Doors to the Future, join Neolithic expert, Dr Alison Sheridan for a free online talk on the enigmatic funerary practices and monuments of the Neolithic period in Scotland, more than 4,000 years ago. SAM is Archaeology Scotland's flagship festival taking place every September and along with Doors Open Day forms part of Scotland's contributon to EHD.
