Abstract
A new exhibition Maps: Memories from the Second World War has opened at the National War Museum (part of National Museums Scotland) at Edinburgh Castle. Through the personal stories and collections of Second World War veterans, the exhibition explores the creation and use of arguably the most important weapon in a theatre of war – the map.
