Abstract
This list has been produced to record the museum's holdings of Birds' Eggs. Overall the collection totals some twenty-five thousand clutches with a strong bias towards Palaeartic material. Among the most significant holdings are collections made by the following:

In total, around three hundred donors have contributed to the collections, and many small accessions of scientifically or historically significant material are present (for example from the 'Challenger' Expediiton, H E Dresser, G A Keartland, N B Kinnear, J H Stenhouse, etc).
